Cancellation Policy

Miren Cleaning Standard Policy

1. Payment & Subscription Terms
   •    Payments are processed automatically using the payment method on file.
   •    If payment fails, service may be paused until the issue is resolved.

 

2. Cancellation & Refunds
   •   There is no refund, if you are not happy with the cleaning we can come back for free day after to take care of anything you need us to touch up again.

 

3. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
   •    Customers can reschedule a cleaning with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.
   •    Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   •    If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the home, the visit will be considered completed, and no refunds will be issued.

 

4. Cleaning Standards & Liability
   •    Our team follows a high-standard checklist, but customers should inform us of any specific requirements in advance.
   •    We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, lost items, or unreported issues beyond normal cleaning duties.
   •    If an issue arises, customers must report it within 24 hours of service completion for review.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities
   •    Homes must be accessible and safe for our cleaners to perform their duties.
   •    We do not handle hazardous materials, heavy lifting, or pest infestations.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
   •    If a customer is unsatisfied with the cleaning, we offer a 24-hour re-clean policy for any missed areas (subject to review).
   •    This does not apply to issues outside the scope of our standard cleaning checklist.
