Service Description

General Areas (Offices, Hallways, and Common Spaces): • Dust all surfaces, desks, shelves, and furniture. • Clean electronics like monitors, keyboards, and phones. • Dust air vents, light fixtures, and baseboards. • Cleaning: • Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas (door handles, light switches, elevator buttons). • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. • Spot-clean walls and doors. • Vacuum carpets and rugs. • Sweep and mop hard floors. • Empty trash and recycling bins. • Replace liners. Restrooms: • Sanitation: • Disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and countertops. • Clean and polish mirrors and fixtures. • Wipe down partitions and doors. • Sweep and mop with disinfectant. • Empty trash bins and replace liners. Kitchen/Breakroom: • Cleaning and Sanitizing: • Wipe down countertops, tables, and chairs. • Clean and sanitize sinks and faucets. • Disinfect high-touch areas like microwaves, coffee machines, and refrigerators. • Empty trash and recycling bins. • Replace liners. • Floors: • Sweep and mop with appropriate cleaners. Reception Area/Lobby: • Dusting and Wiping: • Dust furniture, counters, and décor. • Clean glass doors and windows. • Disinfect reception desks and high-touch areas. • Floors: • Vacuum carpets and mats. • Sweep and mop floors. • Empty bins and replace liners. Windows and Glass Surfaces: • Clean both interior and exterior glass (if applicable). • Wipe down smudges, fingerprints, and dust. Conference Rooms: • Dust and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment. • Clean glass surfaces and whiteboards. • Vacuum or mop floors.
